Quality

RETRONIC attaches great importance to quality control of its products. For all chips, we have our own internal audit and inventory process. We strictly control product quality at every stage, and only products that meet quality standards can be properly stored. Through such efforts, we ensure that the products we supply to customers are of reliable quality.

1)、Visual inspection

When goods are received, the first step is to inspect the mark, which involves checking the product nameplate markings to confirm that the product identification includes the following: product name, model, trademark, manufacturer, manufacturing date or batch number, and standard number. Then, the product is inspected for any visual defects, such as asymmetries in the physical surface or function of the product, such as scratches, black spots, holes in the metal material surface, color and embossing differences on the paper surface, impurities, damage, and stains on the surface of other non-metallic materials, etc. With the rapid development of machine vision, manufacturing enterprises have begun to introduce artificial intelligence inspection technologies to detect product visual defects, reducing labor costs and greatly improving detection accuracy and efficiency, bringing better reputations and greater benefits to the enterprises. The visual defect detection system can obtain the surface image of the product by using the lens light source and perform precise positioning, resolution, defect classification, and other operations on the product image to timely handle and resolve any issues.

2)、Product Function Testing

Product functionality testing involves testing relevant functions of a product to ensure that its functions can be effectively implemented. For example, the main content of the function test for smartphones includes testing the sound, image quality, call quality, power supply, and program compatibility of the product. The sound test mainly tests whether there are problems with the device's sound playback function; the image quality test mainly detects whether there are flashbacks during photo and video playback; the call quality test mainly tests whether there are functional obstacles during call reception and calling; the power test mainly tests the charging time and endurance of the device's power supply; and the compatibility test mainly tests the compatibility of the smartphone with related devices.

3)、Product Performance Testing

In order to effectively meet functional requirements, the product performance needs to be tested according to relevant technical standards to determine whether it meets the designed performance. During this process, the product's performance under various conditions needs to be tested one by one. If it is found that one of the product's performance does not meet the design standards, the cause of the problem should be investigated. For example, bridge short circuits, minor cracks in equipment, and false soldering may all affect the actual performance of the product during production. The test of related electrical performance indicators of the product, all electronic products will have the sticking of electrical performance indicators on the product before shipment. The test of related electrical performance indicators of the product is to test and analyze the numerical values indicated on the label of the product, thereby judging whether the sticking method conforms to national standards and industry norms.

4)、Product reliability testing

Product aging test: As the pace of electronic product updates continues to increase, people's enthusiasm for new devices is gradually declining, and more and more people are turning to pay attention to the cost-effectiveness of products, hoping that electronic products can be used for a longer period of time. Therefore, this puts new requirements on the service life of equipment. In order to extend the service life of equipment, aging tests should be conducted to reasonably analyze the service life of various electronic components in the equipment, thereby identifying the causes limiting the service life of electronic products and addressing them. Product destructive testing: For example, most electronic products are frequently used in daily life, which inadvertently increases the possibility of collisions and damage. In order to improve the quality of electronic products, the first step is to enhance their resistance to damage. Therefore, in the reliability test work, active destructive testing should be carried out to effectively clarify the resistance of products to external impacts, thereby achieving an improvement in the resistance of products to impact. Generally speaking, due to the fact that the human body carries a certain amount of charge, when electronic products are used, there may be certain moments when they are interfered by the human body's charge, causing electrostatic phenomena when in contact with the human body. Research indicates that the existence of static electricity can have an impact on the function of electronic products, and electronic destructive testing is designed to detect this phenomenon in order to further clarify the extent to which it affects the function of electronic products.

5)、Product Environmental Testing

Most electronic products have a relatively stable usage environment, but some equipment may experience changes in the environment due to natural factors, so it is necessary to test the performance of products under different environmental conditions in the testing process to obtain relevant data. In this testing phase, the main testing content is the difference in product performance under different temperature conditions.
